Who we are

I’m Elizabeth Lovius and over the past 25 years, I have worked with over 10,000 people in all sectors of life. Primarily working with business leaders as their coach, mentor or facilitator, I have enabled them to fulfil their potential, increase their wellbeing and discover the source of true success. Over time I have tried and tested most personal development and change techniques going. They all have their place. But none was THE answer.

About ten years ago I discovered something that is a game changer - the principles of innate wellbeing. As a result I set up the Wisdom and Wellbeing Consultancy with wellbeing expert Ian Watson, where we’ve been testing, integrating and training up a team of experts to deliver our approach. We know for sure that it works.  We have given the staff of many organisations the tools to give them direct access to their own wellbeing and resilience, without adding to their to-do list. In doing so we have made their life much easier, enabling them to thrive and empower their teams.

After years of delivering this content to 100’s of people, this is the first time that Elizabeth Lovius and Ian Watson have been captured on film, dialoguing on how to realise wellbeing - the missing piece of the work wellbeing puzzle and the source of true success.

I have put this course together as so many people right now are experiencing change and uncertainty; grappling with life challenges, stress and wavering resilience.
